Therapeutic Massage

Experience a nurturing massage tailored to your specific needs. A combination of massage techniques, such as Deep Tissue and Trigger Point, will be implemented during your thorough full body massage or spot treatment.

Deep Tissue – deep layer manipulation of muscle and connective tissues to release toxins, spasms, and tension.

Trigger Point – a very effective way to address those chronic, painful knots in muscles.

Rossiter Bodywork

The Rossiter System addresses pain at its source, which is the body’s connective tissue system. This system focuses on overworked, stressed, or injured connective tissue through powerful stretches which loosen and elongate tissue back to its normal, supple and pain-free state.

Massage Cupping™

Massage Cupping™ bodywork therapy is based on the common practice of Chinese cupping therapy. This simple treatment is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. After this treatment, most clients report experiencing a profound sense of relaxation and well-being.

Warm/Hot Stones – At no extra charge, warm/hot stones are included with every massage. Hot stones enhance relaxation and healing, promote circulation, and relieve stress.

In-Home or In-Room Massage Treatment

Massage treatments provided in the privacy of your own home or vacation lodging. Pricing starts at $70 per hour and varies depending on location and number of people. Group rates available.

On-Site Seated Chair Massage

An efficient, fully-clothed massage that improves circulation, and reduces tension in back, neck, and shoulders, using an ergonomically designed massage chair. Sessions of 10-20 minutes recommended. Appropriate for groups, parties, tournaments, stress management, and more.
